The perfect tan starts with proper prep. Follow these simple steps to ensure an even, long-lasting result:

• Exfoliate 24 hours in advance
  Use a gentle scrub or dry brush to remove dead skin. Pay extra attention to dry areas like elbows, knees, ankles, and hands.
   
• Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant & perfume the day of
  These can act as a barrier and prevent the tanning solution from developing properly.
   
• Shave or wax ahead of time
  Shave at least 12–24 hours before. Waxing should be done 24–48 hours before your appointment.
   
• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing
  Choose clothing that won’t cling or rub against your skin post-tan. A loose dress or oversized t-shirt is ideal.
   
• Come with clean, dry skin
  Please remove all makeup, deodorant, and skincare products before your session.

To get the most out of your spray tan, proper aftercare is essential:

• Avoid water, sweating, or showering for 3–8 hours
  This gives the color time to fully develop. Your first rinse should be a lukewarm water rinse only — no soap or scrubbing.
   
• Moisturize daily
  Keep your skin hydrated using a tan-friendly, oil-free moisturizer to extend the life of your tan and prevent patchiness.
   
• Avoid exfoliating, long baths, and chlorine
  Hot water, swimming pools, and exfoliating products can cause your tan to fade more quickly.
   
• Pat skin dry after showers
  Gently pat dry with a towel instead of rubbing to preserve your tan.
   
• Enjoy your glow for 7–10 days
